We will use our best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for delivery, and in most cases will notify you when a product is unavailable soon after completing an order. In some cases this is not possible and we may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where we establish that it is unavailable for delivery. In such cases, we will refund in full all amounts you have in respect of such unavailable product. DELIVERY

Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your orders. Once your orders are processed it will be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details once your order has shipped. Estimated processing times do not apply during promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during these peak seasons, and be aware of any delays due to customs and the carrier service that may impact delivery times. Please note: shipping times are subject to change due to card validation. We reserve the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

We provide free economy shipping worldwide. However, if you require faster shipping, this can be arranged for an additional fee. You may contact us to ask about expedited shipping. The cost for expedited shipping varies depending on your location and the weight of the package. All orders will be shipped from our office in Jakarta. You can track your orders once it is shipped in the link provided in the confirmation email.

We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control, including custom clearances.

CUSTOMS DUTY

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up — please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

PAYMENT

All orders are calculated in sterling (£) or dollar. You must pay for your products purchased on this website at the time of placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION
